Setting Up an Email Account in cPanel
Creating a New Email Account
First log in to your Control Panel with the provided username and password.
Click the Email Accounts link in the Mail section of your control panel.
Next follow steps 1 through 5 as shown in the image below, entering your email address and password.
This screen will list each of the email accounts you have set up and allow you to perform various options for each account. (details below)
- Webmail - Access any of 3 different webmail programs to read your email on the internet
- Usage shows how much web space your email is using
- Quota shows the maximum space available or "none" if you have no limit
- Delete - remove this email adddress
- Change Quota - change the storage space set for this account
- Change Password - enter a new password for this account
- Configure Mail Client - gives you the information to set up the email address in email software such as Outlook
