Setting Up An Email Account in Outlook

 

 

These instructions use Outlook 2007, however the process is similar in any email software. You will usually find an Accounts menu option and will need to enter username (usually the full email address), password, and incoming and outgoing mail servers. Normally you will select pop3 as the account type, unless otherwise directed.
